Sebastián Fernando Cabello Manevy is the legal representative of Ascent S.A., a company that has recently been awarded significant contracts by the Ministry of Education and Sciences (MEC) for the construction and repair of technical schools in Paraguay. He is also known for being the brother-in-law of Juan Andrés Campos Cervera, the owner of Engineering S.A., which has a controversial history of delays in school construction projects.
