Sebastián Kraljevich Chadwick is a Chilean diplomat and former ambassador to the Organization of American States (OAS), currently serving as the Secretary for the Strengthening of Democracy at the OAS. He was recently in the news as part of the OAS electoral observation mission in Bolivia for the general elections scheduled for August 17.
