Sebastián Loaiza Tobío

Sebastián Loaiza Tobío, known as 'Chiqui', was a Colombian national from Yatí, Magangué, who tragically lost his life in Dubai amidst the escalating military conflict in the Middle East. Having moved to the United Arab Emirates in 2014, he worked in the private security sector after receiving professional soldier training in Colombia. He was a father of two young daughters and was in regular contact with his family back home, planning to return to Colombia permanently in 2026.
