Seena Shams

Seena Shams is a civil engineer and the director of Construct Limited, a family-owned construction and real estate company based in Fajara. He has been involved in real estate transactions and testified as a prosecution witness in the trial of Paulo Djabi, where he recounted his business dealings related to property sales and financing.
