Selva Elizabeth Portillo Rodas

Selva Elizabeth Portillo Rodas, also known as 'Ña Selva' or 'Selva Hũ', is a prominent figure in the Paraguayan drug trade. She gained notoriety following the murder of her stepfather, Pedro Fernández Martínez, and is currently incarcerated in a maximum-security prison, believed to be a partner of the fugitive Felipe Santiago Acosta Riveros.
