Semisi Tuivai is a Tongan national who recently made headlines after being sentenced to seven years in prison for the rape of a woman in New Zealand. While working at the Marsden Point refinery, Tuivai was found guilty of breaking into the victim's home and committing the crime, which the court described as a home invasion for the sole purpose of obtaining non-consensual sex.
