Senebkay

Senebkay was an ancient Egyptian king of the little-known Abydos dynasty, believed to have ruled around 1630-1539 BCE during a time when Egypt was divided between the Hyksos in the north and various local rulers in the south. His reign is significant as it provides insight into the development of royal tombs in the necropolis of Abydos, a key archaeological site in Egypt. Senebkay's tomb was discovered previously, and it helped to confirm the existence of the Abydos dynasty, which had long been debated among historians and archaeologists.
