Senusret III was a prominent pharaoh of the Middle Kingdom of Egypt, ruling from approximately 1874 to 1855 BCE. He is renowned for his monumental building projects, including his own massive tomb in the Anubis Mountain necropolis, and for his military campaigns that expanded Egypt's influence in Nubia.
