Sereen Haddad
Sereen Haddad is a Palestinian American activist and recent graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), where she earned a degree in psychology with the highest honors in just three years. At 20 years old, she has been an outspoken advocate for Palestinian rights, actively raising awareness on campus through her involvement with Students for Justice in Palestine. Despite her academic achievements, her diploma is currently withheld by VCU due to her activism, particularly her efforts to organize peaceful protests regarding the situation in Gaza. Haddad's personal connection to the conflict is profound, having lost over 200 family members in Gaza, which fuels her commitment to seeking justice and freedom for Palestinians.
