Sergej Skripalj

Sergej Skripalj was a former Russian military intelligence officer and double agent for the British intelligence services. He gained international attention in March 2018 when he and his daughter, Yulia, were poisoned with the nerve agent Novichok in Salisbury, England, an incident widely attributed to the Russian government. Their survival led to a major diplomatic crisis between the UK and Russia, raising questions about the use of chemical agents in political warfare.
