Sergey Chekalkin

Sergey Chekalkin is the head of customer experience at TBC Uzbekistan, where he focuses on advancing digital banking solutions. He has noted that while Uzbekistan is a regional leader in digital banking, language barriers present significant challenges. Chekalkin is actively working on developing language models to support both Cyrillic and Latin alphabets in order to enhance accessibility and functionality for Uzbek speakers in the digital space.
