Sergey Khilman

Sergey Khilman is a Belarusian politician and public figure, recently appointed as the head of Belhydromet, the national meteorological service of Belarus. He has a diverse background in governmental roles, including serving as the chief advisor on regional policy under President Alexander Lukashenko and as the head of ideological work for the Minsk City Executive Committee.
