Sergey Kisel

Sergey Kisel was a former officer of the Minsk OMON and a veteran of the 3rd Separate Red Banner Brigade of Special Forces. Tragically, he passed away just three days before his 50th birthday, which was to be celebrated on March 18. His death was reported as an accident, although the details surrounding the incident remain unclear. Kisel's legacy includes his service in law enforcement, from which he was discharged in 2008 due to a violation of contract conditions. He was remembered as an exemplary officer, as noted in a necrology published by the veterans' association 'Honor' shortly before his passing. Kisel was laid to rest in his hometown of Kozulichi in the Kirov region of Mogilev.
