Sergey Solovey
Sergey Solovey is a former chief of the Borisov district police, previously known for his involvement in the harsh detentions of demonstrators during the protests in 2020. After a series of events leading to a shake-up in the police leadership of Borisov, he was removed from his position in July 2025.
