Sergey Tropin

Sergey Tropin served as the Deputy Minister of Justice in Russia from 1996 to 1997 during Boris Yeltsin's presidency. He was awarded the highest class rank of State Justice Advisor in 1996, reflecting his significant role in the legal and governmental landscape of Russia during a transformative period. Recently, Tropin was found dead in his bathtub, with preliminary reports suggesting drowning as the cause of death, though foul play is not currently being considered.
