Serghei Cerkasov, operating under the alias Victor Muller Ferreira, was a Russian GRU agent who infiltrated Brazil by obtaining a fake Brazilian identity, ultimately leading to his arrest in connection with a larger scheme involving the creation of false identities for espionage purposes.
