Sergio Barrientos

Sergio Barrientos is the director of the National Seismological Center at the University of Chile. His research focuses on seismic activity and its effects on infrastructure, and he has contributed to understanding the varying impacts of the recent earthquakes across different areas of Venezuela, particularly in relation to the characteristics of local geological formations.
