Sergio E.S.C. is a judicial official from the provincial court of Coroico, recently accused as the seventh defendant in the ongoing 'Consortium' case, which has implicated several high-ranking officials, including a former minister and a substitute magistrate. He served as an auxiliary responsible for distributing legal cases and was involved in a controversial incident where he sought to directly deliver a legal action to a judge, bypassing the required protocol of random case assignment. Currently, he is under investigation and awaiting formal charges in La Paz.
