Sergio Luiz Freitas Filho, also known as 'Mijão', is a Brazilian drug lord associated with the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC), a notorious criminal organization. Recently identified by Bolivian authorities, he reportedly entered Bolivia illegally and has been using the alias 'Sergio Noronha' to obtain local documentation, including a marriage certificate that has allowed him to pursue naturalization.
