Sergiu Goțonoga

Sergiu Goțonoga is a Moldovan lawyer who played a key role in the controversial land appropriation scheme in Chișinău. He represented the non-governmental organization 'Cuvântul de Onoare', which initiated legal actions leading to the fraudulent leasing and selling of municipal land. Although implicated in multiple investigations, as of October 2025, he has not faced charges in court despite being named in connection with the fraudulent activities.
