Sergiy Anatoliyovych Kuzmenko

Sergiy Anatoliyovych Kuzmenko, born on July 22, 1971, is a Belarusian citizen who found himself in Ukrainian captivity after serving as a soldier in the Russian army. He had been living in Yaroslavl, Russia, before signing a contract with the military. He served as a rifleman in the 102nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 150th Division, which suffered significant losses during combat in the Donbas region. His situation has drawn attention as he is one of eight Belarusian nationals currently held by Ukrainian forces.
