Sergiy Movshuk is a Belarusian political activist who, along with his wife, was arrested during the post-election protests in August 2020. They faced charges for their involvement in the protests and were sentenced to lengthy prison terms, with Sergiy receiving 6.5 years. After enduring a challenging incarceration, both he and his wife were released and subsequently deported to Lithuania.
