Sergiy Naumenko

Sergiy Naumenko is a seasoned police colonel and military officer in Ukraine, recently appointed as the deputy to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko. With extensive combat experience, Naumenko played a crucial role in the early days of the full-scale war, leading an aerial reconnaissance team that successfully identified enemy positions near Kyiv, significantly aiding the city's defense. Despite suffering injuries during an artillery attack in Rubizhne, he continued his service, participating in key battles across various regions, including Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, and Bakhmut. His new responsibilities include enhancing legislation within the Ministry's purview and overseeing the coordination of aviation units.
