Serhiy Kuvaldін

Serhiy Kuvaldін is a Russian major general who has been implicated in war crimes for giving orders that led to missile strikes on civilian targets, including a children's hospital in Ukraine. Following a missile attack that resulted in casualties, including children, he has been charged in absentia by Ukrainian authorities for violations of the laws and customs of war.
