Serhiy Velychko

Serhiy Velychko, also known as 'Chili,' is a Ukrainian military leader and co-founder of the Kraken special operations unit. He is recognized for his vocal opposition to Russian aggression and for his role in organizing volunteer defense efforts during the 2022 invasion of Ukraine. Velychko is notably remembered for creating the chant 'Putin khuilo,' which became a rallying cry for Ukrainian resistance.
