Serik Manzarov

Serik Manzarov is the newly appointed head of the Department of State Revenues in Astana, Kazakhstan. He is the son of former Almaty region deputy akim Bagdat Manzarov and has been working in the government sector since 2010. Manzarov has previously led the department in the Mangistau region and holds degrees in law, finance, and public administration.
