Sevaly Arukgoda

Sevaly Arukgoda is an additional Director General of Customs in Sri Lanka. He recently commented on the release of the Baggage 323, stating that it was based on records review, which has raised concerns about the thoroughness of customs inspections during a time of significant backlog in the Colombo port.
