Severina Sipe de Torrico

Severina Sipe de Torrico, aged 48, is the sole survivor of a brutal attack in Shinahota that resulted in the deaths of her husband, Luciano, and their son, Albert. Severina also has a prior conviction for drug trafficking in 2009, and authorities believe the attack may be linked to her family's involvement in illegal narcotics activities.
