Shahnoza Ikromova

Shahnoza Ikromova is the leader of the non-governmental organization ‘Quyoshli olam’ in Uzbekistan, which focuses on supporting young people with intellectual disabilities through skill development and community engagement. She played a key role in launching the ‘Tabassum’ inclusive workshop in Tashkent, aimed at teaching arts and crafts to children with conditions such as autism and Down syndrome, helping them gain confidence and integrate into society.
