Shahriyor Tojiyev

Shahriyor Tojiyev is a businessman in Uzbekistan who, alongside Rustam Mo‘minov, has been implicated in supporting the Russian military-industrial complex. He is a co-owner of the Farg‘ona Chemical Plant, which has been reported to supply cellulose products to Russian munitions factories.
