Shaik Baksh

Shaik Baksh is the Chief Executive Officer of Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI), a key organization responsible for managing and improving the water supply and sanitation services in Guyana. With a strong background in engineering and management, Baksh has been instrumental in implementing various water infrastructure projects across the country. His leadership has focused on ensuring that communities have access to clean and reliable water, particularly in rural areas. Recently, he led a team to assess the water supply system in Plegt Anker, East Bank Berbice, where GWI plans to refurbish the deteriorating well to enhance water delivery for the local farming community.
