Shaikha Al Nuwais is the first female Secretary-General of UN Tourism, recognized for her commitment to transforming the global tourism sector. Recently, she engaged in discussions with Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan to support Tanzania's ambitions in eco-tourism, digital marketing, and capacity building, aiming to significantly enhance the country's tourism sector's contribution to its GDP.
