Shakhin Shykhlynski

Shakhin Shykhlynski is the head of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Yekaterinburg, Russia. He was recently in the news after being questioned as a witness in a criminal case involving the Saфаров brothers, which is linked to a series of murders and assassination attempts carried out in Yekaterinburg between 2001 and 2011. Following his questioning, he was released, and his son, Mutvala Shykhlynski, reported that their vehicle was attacked during the incident.
