Shalva Ogbadze

Shalva Ogbadze is a member of the Tbilisi City Council who recently spoke at a parliamentary investigative committee session regarding the violent dispersal of a protest on May 26, 2011. His testimony highlighted the orders given by then-Minister of Internal Affairs Vano Merabishvili, asserting that no citizens were to leave the area without injury during the police operation known as 'Qulfi'.
