Shambhu Kumaran

Shambhu Kumaran is the Ambassador of India to Montenegro, known for his efforts in strengthening cultural and economic ties between the two nations. He has actively promoted the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) program, which has facilitated training and capacity building for professionals from Montenegro and other countries for over 60 years.
