Shanaea Sanders

Shanaea Sanders is a full-time mother of five who has recently relocated to Hastings from Gisborne. She has experienced a positive transformation in her life through participating in free fitness classes led by Nane Araia and Wiremu Manaena. Sanders credits the program with improving her mental health and self-esteem, fostering a more positive mindset and a healthier lifestyle for both herself and her children.
