Shane Moncur

Shane Moncur is a dedicated powerlifter and member of the JKS Fitness Powerlifting team, who recently competed at the Southeastern Regionals USA Powerlifting Meet, aiming to qualify for the 2026 USAPL Nationals. Despite achieving personal bests in his bench press and deadlift, he fell short of the required qualifying total but expressed determination to continue training and pursue his goals.
