Shannon Cowlin
Shannon Cowlin has recently been appointed as the new Country Director for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Sri Lanka. With 26 years of professional experience, including 13 years with the ADB, she brings a wealth of knowledge in investment project operations and policy matters, particularly in sectors such as energy, climate change, and public health. Prior to her current role, she served as the ADB Director in Mongolia. Cowlin views her appointment as an honor and is committed to supporting Sri Lanka's recovery from the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and economic crises.
