Shantal English

Shantal English is the hearing officer involved in the panel that led the Jamaica Intellectual Property Office to adjust the geographical indicator for Jamaican rum, disallowing overseas ageing. She has been named as a defendant in the ongoing legal case initiated by National Rums of Jamaica against the adjustment of the rum GI.
