Shara Goldsmith

Shara Goldsmith is a disabled artist, educator, and advocate whose work focuses on inclusive creative arts education and intersectional justice. With a background in performing arts, she has navigated her own experiences of neurodivergence, including diagnoses of CPTSD, ADHD, and autism, which have fueled her passion for breaking down social stigmas surrounding disabilities and mental health. Shara aims to raise awareness about the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals, particularly in the Caribbean, and emphasizes the importance of valuing their lived experiences. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to advocating for better access to care and support for adults with autism and other neurodivergent conditions.
