Sharmila Pariyar

Sharmila Pariyar is the president of the Morang chapter of the Dalit Women's Federation in Nepal. She has actively participated in discussions regarding the persistence of caste discrimination, asserting that while overt discrimination may have decreased, subtle and indirect forms of bias remain prevalent in society.
