Sharon Bitok Jeptarus

Sharon Bitok Jeptarus is a Kenyan middle-distance runner and Deaflympics silver medallist, known for her determination to overcome challenges in her athletic career. Inspired by the achievements of fellow Kenyan athlete Faith Kipyegon, Bitok is gearing up to compete in the upcoming Tokyo 2025 Summer Deaflympics, where she aims to not only set new records in the 1,500m but also to break a streak of silver finishes in the women's 800m category.
