Shatirishvili is known as a personal philosopher to Bidzina Ivanishvili, and recently made statements regarding Ivanishvili's ambitions for Georgia, suggesting a desire for young people to emigrate and implying that Ivanishvili's vision for the country excludes many of its citizens.
