Shaun Brady
Shaun Brady was a beloved Irish chef and restaurateur originally from Nenagh, Ireland. He moved to Kansas City in 2013 with his American wife, Kate, and was known for his culinary talent and contributions to the local food scene. Brady co-owned the restaurant Brady and Fox, which became a popular dining destination in the city. He was actively involved in the community, notably helping to organize the annual Irish Fest. Tragically, his life was cut short when he was shot and killed in August 2024 at the age of 44, just days before the festival he had helped to plan.
