Shay Cullen

Shay Cullen is an Irish missionary priest who has been working in the Philippines since 1969, advocating for children's rights and denouncing sexual abuse within the Catholic Church. He founded the Preda Foundation, which has successfully brought several abusers to justice, yet he criticizes the Church's leadership, particularly Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, for failing to adequately address the issue of clerical abuse.
