Sheikh Borhan

Sheikh Borhan is a commander within the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA) and a close associate of Ataulah Abu Ammar Jununi. Following Jununi's arrest, Borhan has reportedly assumed leadership responsibilities and is believed to be communicating and directing operations in Rakhine State through audio messages from an undisclosed location.
