Sheikh Ceesay

Sheikh Ceesay is a 34-year-old Gambian-American dual national who was recently arrested at the Banjul International Airport for possession of cannabis. Upon arrival from New York via Brussels, customs officials discovered two suitcases containing a significant quantity of suspected cannabis skunk. Ceesay claimed that the suitcases were handed to him by two individuals, Omar and Sarjo, who he alleged are based in the United States.
