Sheikh Yusuf Selame

Sheikh Yusuf Selame was a prominent religious figure and preacher at Al-Aqsa Mosque, with a long history of service in religious education and administration. He served in the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs and held the title of Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Islamic Council in Jerusalem. He tragically lost his life in an Israeli airstrike on December 31, 2023.
