Sheyla Castillo de Arias

Sheyla Castillo de Arias is the director of the Autoridad Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (Antai) in Panama, known for her efforts to enhance transparency and accountability in the public sector. Recently, she presented a report to the National Assembly detailing sanctions imposed on 29 public officials for ethical violations, including nepotism and conflicts of interest.
