Shi Lianxi

Shi Lianxi is a villager from Nantai Village in Luanping County, Hebei Province, who suffered significant personal loss during the devastating floods in July 2025. His home was destroyed, and he was swept away by the floodwaters for nearly two kilometers before being rescued. After receiving treatment, he participated in the rebuilding efforts by coming to draw a new housing number for his future home.
